The Assistant Vice President’s role is responsible for ensuring the performance, development and operations of The Bloom Group’s Women’s and Children’s Services. Develop and implement procedures and programs to ensure that Women’s and Children’s Services provide a safe and supportive environment to meet the needs of women and children in crisis and transition. Develop and implement new programming to meet the evolving needs of clients. Liaise with outside agencies regarding the coordination of services and community development on behalf of client and Society interests.
