- Perform installations of various commercial kitchen components including appliances, exhaust hoods and stainless steel components / wall paneling.
- Utilize caulking and finishing techniques to ensure proper sealing on installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute installation plans accurately.
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist in training new team members on installation processes and safety protocols.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in carpentry, finishing installation and construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks associated with installations.
