Reporting to the Superintendent, the GeoExchange Installer will be responsible for performing daily installation duties in the process of drilling GeoExchange and geothermal installations.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Support Drillers with grouting operations and drilling operations
- Operating support and pertaining GeoExchange equipment ( grouter, tremie/loop reel, etc)
- U-Bend Installations - install geo loops into boreholes using a de-spooler
- Run and maintain hose lines and water connections
- Flow and Pressure testing of lines
- Countersinking
- Prepare and clean up drilling sites.
- Inventory management and data entry of QA/QC information
- Multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle and distribute construction materials (e.g., load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas).
- Carry out manual labour duties such lifting and working with materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Work in all weather conditions and environments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

- Maintain personal and group safety at all times, and exercise appropriate caution when working with tension for rigging, on or close to energized equipment

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Demonstrate and promote safety above all else
- Capability to operate and maintain equipment
- Skill to work both independently staying productive under mínimal supervision and with others as a member of a team.
- Experience working in a similar role within the industry is an asset.
- Capacity for manual dexterity with physical strength and stamina.
- Energy to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain.
- Capability to work long hours per day in all weather conditions.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
- Required Tickets: 4 Step Safety Awareness, Working from Heights or Fall Protection, CSTS, Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred (but not required) Tickets:H2S Alive

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
Resources Drilling Technician Diploma
Earth loop technician
Ground Disturbance Level II
Ontario Working at Heights

**Salary**: $15.50-$41.45 per hour
