**Job Summary**

The Summer Student - Facilities is responsible for supporting the needs of our nation-wide network of medical clinics by responding to, and fulfilling, requests for materials, supplies and third-party services required to ensure the safe and efficient operation of those clinics.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Fulfilling requests for goods and services
- Preparing and executing shipments
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
- Sourcing and procuring supplies and third-party services
- Maintaining a clean and organized storage area
- Following up to ensure proper and complete issue resolution
- Proficiency in written and oral communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Other duties assigned

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, creative, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage stress
- Lifting to a maximum of 25 kg

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 0-1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$16.24 - $27.06
