**Summer Student - Procurement**

**Location - Mississauga, ON**

**Your role within the team**:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Summer Student is responsible for complex administrative support duties in all procurement systems. They provide support to Buyers, Order Administrators, Expeditors, Procurement Engineering and Management. They handle and safeguard sensitive financial information on behalf of the Procurement department. Duties below are assigned depending on the business needs in support of Project and Services.
- Clerical duties related to Procurement activities including Requisitions, PO's, CO's, distribution, filing.
- Support to Procurement Management and Quality Management on reporting and general duties.
- Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Custodian of Proposal submission inbox
- Material control administrator supporting Procurement Engineering.
- Supplier Documentation registration in Document Management System.
- Support to Logistics
- Invoicing and Accounts Payable activities interfacing with Finance and Shared Services (AP).
- Create and issue small dollar, best commercial goods purchase orders, including Punch out and Pcard.
