**What You'll Do**:

- Create and Manage digital advertising (Google AdWords and social media paid ads)
- App Store Optimization and Search Ads campaigns to improve search traffic
- Create marketing campaigns, develop content, design templates, and manage audience engagement (Design team support)
- Content creation and management for all social media platforms
- Identify, develop, and improve social media strategies
- Use camera and post-production skills to produce content for the company’s website, newsletters, and other platforms
- Video creation: filming, editing, and posting
- Develop, build, and maintain landing pages and test for conversion rates
- Create competitors’ reports
- Participate in internal and external events
- Track, analyze and report KPI’s
- Other duties or projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Skills Required**:

- Experience with online marketing
- Paid Ads creation and optimization
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods;
- Understanding of public relations and branding
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Intrinsic ability to effectively analyze, plan, prioritize workload.

**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing preferred
- Business degree considered an asset
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Acceptable security and criminal record check

**Nice-to-have**:

- Basic design and video skills (Adobe Spark, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Mandarin language will be a plus.
- Mobile App environment experience
