**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with both accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with invoicing customers.
- Inputting parts into our maintenance tracking software, tracking parts inventory
- Assisting with payroll
- Assistance with Goverment remittances
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance productivity.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a truck shop setting.
- Proir experience with Quickbooks and Tatems an asset
- Strong mathematical skills a requirment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office efficiency.

Availability 15-25 hours a week dependant on the time of year, hours can be scheduled to suit an individuals preference.
