**Technical Recruiter
To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Provide detailed post-screening write-ups along with recommendations for the hiring managers
- Arranging telephone, Zoom, or in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment calendar and ensure recruitment is completed as per the calendar timelines
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and the HR Ops team to finalize job offer letters
- Onboard new hires (background checks, Day 1 preparations, New hire access tickets submission etc.)
- Conduct job and task analyses by coordinating with hiring managers to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Speak knowledgably about Centrilogic and answer any technical/general employment questions a potential hire may have
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Strong working knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles as it relates to the Centrilogic business model (i.e. Network Engineering, Applications, Development, Systems and Network Administration, Solutions Architecture, IT Account Executives, IT Project Managers, DBAs, CRM Administrators, etc.)
- Experience working with salary benchmarking tools to identify accurate market compensation details for specific roles
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- Interest in the IT Services industry and is excited about Centrilogic’s mission

**Mandatory Qualifications**

Experience building and using a variety of sourcing/recruiting plans, techniques, and tools, including Internet research, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Indeed.

Coursework in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a technical field
