Condominium Sales Consultant

**First Class Realty is looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our internal sales team.**

We are a growing company based in Markham and we are looking to expand our Sales team.
We are looking for passionate and hardworking Salespeople who “know how to get things done” by providing our customers and real estate agents excellent support in a fast-paced, vibrant and fun environment. To ensure success as a First Class Sales Rep, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for energy conservation, clean energy, the environment, and a solid sales background.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for calling leads and maintaining weekly/monthly sales targets
- Promptly follow up on inquiries, leads, and prospective customers
- Meeting with customers at the office and out at site locations.
- Providing customers with information about the preconstruction products and solutions.
- Gathering information to accurately identify the customers’ real estate needs.
- Providing after-sales service.
- Completing sales-related paperwork.
- Generating potential leads for new projects.
Requirements: (WE TRAIN)
- Previous work experience as a Sales Consultant.
- Good knowledge of the Real Estate field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.
- Ability to travel and work irregular hours.
- Basic knowledge of sales and Office software.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to own vehicle
- Able to speak fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
**Salary**: Based + Bonus **or **Commission Based;
You could make $27,000.00-$200,000.00 per year (We provide leads and resources for you to work on)
