Sales Consultant

**The Position**
Your primary objective as a **Sales Consultant **is to contact potential customers and advise them on which drone/drones and technology solutions would work best for them and their respective department/company.
**Responsibilities**
- Forecast and track account performance metrics
- Act as the first escalation point of contact to handle the complexity involved in the accounts in a timely manner to meet the customer’s needs
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups as needed to support current and prospective clients
- Organize quotes/bids, and actively negotiate contracts
- Market products and services through a variety of channels, including trade shows, sales calls and digital presentation
- Promote the sale of new products as they are introduced to the market
- Provide end-to-end support for customers
- Coordinate sales efforts with the management team by reviewing progress on your assigned list and discussing how sales activities are unfolding
- Play an active role in securing and maintaining the trust of clients by developing strong, long-term relationships
- Deliver online product demonstrations and consistent customer follow up
- Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
**Education And Experience Required**
- Minimum three years in Enterprise B2B sales support/operations environment
- Minimum three years experience selling to C-level
- Experience in the tech or robotics industry is a plus
- Understanding of sales principles, processes, and order management.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with Customer and Sales Relationship Management (CRM/SRM) tools
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are an engaging individual, full of energy, with a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to learn and execute a consultative sales process
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Open to feedback/coaching and committed to professional development
- Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
- Must be able to work hybrid. Must be able to commute to Toronto, and surrounding areas depending on meetings
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
