- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with sales team and sales management to meet sales targets
- Provide sales support by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or retail environment
- Experience in HVAC sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills for calculations and pricing discussions

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
