Evolve Allied Health is currently looking for a full-time, dedicated locum doctor to join our growing team as we expand our operations. We are a group of 20+ physicians working out of 4 clean, modern and ideally situated facilities where we provide family practice, walk-in, women’s health, mental health, and sports medicine services. Kelowna is located in the heart of the Okanagan and is surrounded by beautiful lakes, mountains, pristine vineyards and orchards. We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated locum doctor to provide coverage for our family doctors during planned and unplanned absences. Additionally, this role will assist with walk-in overflow and act as ‘Doctor of The Day’ for physicians who need assistance reducing wait times for their patients. Full-time work is guaranteed.
We provide turn-key operational and administrative support (including RN's on staff ) with low overhead costs. No overhead during vacation or sick time. Limited on-call duties and we provide the freedom to explore other areas of interest. EMR’s are OSCAR and Med Access. Pharmacy on-site at all locations. Family practice is well supported by specialists within the organization and at nearby Kelowna General Hospital and Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
(72/28 split on the first $300k in gross billings, 75/25 thereafter).
