You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, creating an environment rich in learning and innovation.Work-Life Harmony: We prioritize your well-being by offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, so you can excel both professionally and personally.Key Responsibilities:Diagnosis and Treatment: Assess and diagnose undifferentiated diseases and conditions, provide treatment, and prescribe medications in line with the Nurse Practitioner’s scope of practice and regulatory standards.Care Management: Monitor ongoing care, order diagnostic investigations, interpret results, and develop tailored treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.Patient Communication: Establish care priorities, provide follow-up treatment, and communicate effectively with patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and prognoses.Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans. May also admit and discharge patients as per organizational policies.Prescribing Medication: Prescribe medications within legal and regulatory guidelines, ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical treatments.Leadership and Supervision: Lead and guide other nursing and healthcare personnel. Provide education, supervision, and performance evaluations to support professional development.Research and Innovation: Contribute to research aimed at enhancing patient care and advancing nursing practices. Participate in initiatives to influence healthcare policies and population health strategies.Health Promotion: Lead health promotion activities and screenings, focusing on at-risk populations to prevent illness and promote well-being.Education and Mentorship: Facilitate interdisciplinary education through case presentations, mentoring, and collaboration in clinical and community settings. Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate policies related to nursing, interdisciplinary care, and health system practices.Palliative and Long-Term Care: Serve as the most responsible provider for patients in palliative, hospice, and long-term care settings when required.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
