We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/secretary to help manage all aspects of our business and assist our employees to have a pleasant workday. You will greet clients, manage the phone calls, be responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and perform other secretarial duties. As a Receptionist/secretary, you must be creative in your approach to tasks. In this role, your goal is to make sure that the business flows correctly and our employees feel comfortable at work. Your friendly attitude and customer service skills will help us bring more clients into our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $24.25-$27.57 per hour
