**What we look for**:
**Retail Sales Experience**: 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry.
**Management Experience**: 2+ years in a management or supervisor role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team.
**Proven Results**: A track record of delivering results in a sales-driven and/or highly measured environment.
**Coaching and Development**: Experience in managing and coaching Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and store targets, including career development and succession planning.
**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to quickly summarize data and make objective decisions.
**Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Technical Proficiency**: Ability to adapt to technology and utilize it efficiently
**Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
**Community Driven**: A passion for community engagement and fostering relationships within the local area.
