- Aid delivery teams in the successful transition of work from pitch/proposal stage to project execution
- Collaborate with leadership team from all areas of the business to provide a comprehensive overview of programs and projects within the portfolio
- Partner with Data & Design leadership to ensure project and opportunities are staffed appropriately
- Partner with Client Solutions leadership and Business Development team members to understand upcoming pipeline of new work and opportunities
- Partner with Client Delivery leadership to understand delivery timing and fleet allocation across multiple portfolios of client groups
- Partner with Technology leadership to ensure groups and teams are adequately staffed from both capacity and skillset perspectives to deliver on their roadmaps of work
- Negotiate solutions to solve capacity constraints that lead to successful project delivery as well as align to team and individual growth objectives which promote long lived, high performing teams
- Ensure that organizational capacity is well utilized to meet the demands of our ever-growing pipeline of work
- Coordinate across teams to establish project start dates and effectively facilitate project transitions from solution design to active states in a way that sets our teams up for successful deliveries
- Utilize data and metrics to highlight resource gaps and improvement opportunities
- Perform project scheduling, resource planning, and management

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 + years' experience in software development portfolio, program, and/or project management
- 2+ years' experience in roles requiring resource/ capacity management and/or technology team staffing coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead conversations toward positive outcomes with clear decisions or well-articulated action items
- Stro ng knowledge of relevant Agile/project delivery metrics with particular focus regardin g capacity, utilizatio n, time tracking, & long-range forecasting/resource planning
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills combined with process management experience
- Experience working with JIRA or other equivalent issue/project tracking software and related tool sets.
- Experience guiding team(s) with problem solving, removing barriers, and addressing challenges in support of project execution and delivery
- Knowledge and understanding of project delivery lifecycles & software development lifecycles and termin ology
- Experience in the Financial, Software, and/or Digital sectors strongly preferred
- Prior experience with business analysis, requirements definition and process analysis
- Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations and clear documentation
- Lean / Six Sigma experience and/or Agile / PMP certifications nice to have
