The Payroll Assistant is an entry level position primarily responsible for assisting Payroll in processing Records of Employments through PeopleSoft for multiple operating locations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Records of Employments in PeopleSoft and sending them to Service Canada.
- The incumbent will ensure Canadian legislation and Payroll processing standards.
- Administrative duties including Routine and Ad hoc reports, Year-end support, Mail room.
- Other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager or Lead.

**Reporting Relationship**:

- The Payroll Assistant reports to the Payroll Lead unless alternate reporting relationships have been established.

**Work Location** : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON**Hybrid**- At least 2 days onsite weeklyQualifications:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently or in a team environment, including communication skills both written and oral;
- Providing excellent customer service skills, demonstrated ability to probe, analyze and problem solve issues;
- Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task, to maintain a high level of productivity in a deadline driven environment.
- Comfortable with working daily with Pivot Tables and V Look up
