Rental Associate

Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Rental Associate to join our team This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.
- **Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week**_

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
- Quoting RV Rentals
- Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
- Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent
- Completing Rental Agreements
- Daily cash and credit card transactions
- when needed
- Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
- **Qualifications**:

- College or University education an asset
- The employer will provide all training
- German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
