- This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales Mid-Market team as a Customer Account Manager in our Toronto, ON, office. If you have a reputation of being an excellent sales professional, possessing drive, confidence, energy, creativity and you love working in a complex highly collaborative team environment then this could be the role for you.
You will be responsible for generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage’s existing customer base of mid-market customers. You will achieve success by driving existing customer sales of add-on services, additional licenses, upgrades of subscription plans, and renewal of service of their core Sage solutions. These goals and objectives are achieved through the effective management and coordination both directly with customers, and indirectly through reseller channel partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue quota.
- Partner Management
- Manage all aspects of a territory based on assigned channel partners.
- Develop and maintain a tactical plan to engage regularly with Channel Partners and customers.
- Work with channel partners to build and sustain an installed base business plan aligning to channel partner and Sage revenue objectives.
- Lead Management
- Work with the body of Sage300 and X3 customers to generate sales leads
- Identify and grow Sage’s Native cloud customer attach rate
- Support the development of customer & partner campaigns generating additional sales leads.
- True Account Management
- Utilize customer relationship management to ensure customer loyalty and maintains their core and add-on services
- Develop and manager a 3x pipeline to support monthly add-on sales goals
- Regularly follow up on existing opportunities at the channel partner and customer level to increase close rates and decrease the sales cycle.
- Provide an accurate forecast of renewal and add-on revenue on a weekly basis.
- Professional Selling Environment
- Achieve established revenue, productivity goals and performance objectives in a professional inside sales environment.
