Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Duties**:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, training, and input into performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents or injuries

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Ability to fabricate solutions for storage optimization and workflow efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
