**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the order picking process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
- Manage heavy equipment operations, including forklifts and other machinery, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for heavy lifting, mechanical knowledge, and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline distribution processes and improve overall productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using systems such as AS400.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience with warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders effectively.
- Strong understanding of order picking processes and techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing warehouse distribution tasks.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving operational goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
