**Front Desk Coordinator**

We're looking for a **full-time** Front Desk Coordinator to join our **Toronto** team

**Responsibilities**:
As part of our front desk team, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers with a smile, assisting customers with appointment scheduling, directing requests appropriately, giving correct information, assisting with payments, as well as a number of administrative tasks, special projects and events.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:
The applicant must have the following qualifications:

- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem solving skills to react quickly, problem solve efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to maintain first-class operational standards at all times
- Strong Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a spa or medical environment is considered an asset
- Must have a very positive and action-oriented attitude
- Must be available weekends & evening shifts.
