We would like to invite you to become a part of our Technician Team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost effective manner
- Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience
- Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products
- Hours of work will be 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience with repairing and maintaining different ranges of office products
- Demonstrates technical trouble-shooting abilities
- Proficient technical skills and aptitude, including electro-mechanical
- Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues
- Must be a team player
- Knowledge of digital copiers and fax machines
- PC Application proficiency and or Networking fundamentals
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
