We are a new paper bag manufacturing company in Markham, Ontario. Our team consists of licensed, highly qualified, and experienced specialists committed to delivering fast, high-quality services with a positive approach. Customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards are at the core of our business philosophy. We will produce tens of thousands of bags a day and are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers both salary and commission-based and requires a proactive individual who will drive sales growth by engaging with wholesalers and customers directly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Focus on customer retention strategies.
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals.

**Skills**:

- A proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
- Passionate to perform follow ups with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied.
- Ability to build profitable long term relationships with customers and ensure that these relationships are well mamaged.
- Oversee the sales process from beginning to end, evaluate clients needs, schedule sales presentations ,collect the necessary information to open new client accounts.
- Coordinate and track all sales tasks and activities in the related market.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team member
- Passionate about our customers and loyal advocate to our brand and products.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience as a sales representative with track record of success
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies both for wholesalers and businesses
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Professional in English language
- Professional strong written and verbal communication skills and highly effective time management.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Sales Representative: 3 years (required)
