We are currently looking for a passionate **Full-Time Field Sales Representative** who is looking to grow with our expanding company Being in a business with the largest retail clients, automotive partners, wellness, energy efficiency clients, some charities and foundations, The Golden Circle Marketing is proud to be partnered with one of the largest telecommunication providers in the industry. Together, we are expanding the territories this year, providing many happy customers with an excellent service.

**This is a full-time in-person position. **Competitive compensation packages include **salary & commissions, average paycheck is 2,500-3,000 bi-weekly**

**Field Sales Representatives Job Description**:

- Participate in a variety of promotional events and in-field marketing campaigns
- Interact with customers one-on-one, providing a memorable customer service experience
- Run presentations of company products and services to customers, and close sales
- Personally connect with every customer, thoroughly evaluate their needs and concerns, and offer the best available solutions
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with the clients to ensure consumer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Experience in lead generation, direct sales, event management, sales roles, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets
- Valid drivers license and a vehicle is an asset
- Flexible Full-Time availability
- Must be willing to work from our Markham office

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$96,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
