We're looking for a reliable Project Coordinator/Administrator to perform tasks that will assist in the managmant of our projects. You will be responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. As a Project Coordinator/Administrator, you must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential due to the great amount of project information. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, having an acceptable degree of computer knowledge is essential. The goal is to contribute to the accurate administration of commercial projects. Exellent communication skils are required. basic accounting experience a bonus estimating program nowledge required. You will be processing and ordering material on project and maintaining material availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep project team on schedule with regular status reports.
- Assist team members with problem-solving and decision-making.
- Manage project risks/issues by following up on action plans, scheduling regular progress checkpoints & conducting follow up interviews.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

- Project Administration: 1 year (preferred)
