seasoned, high-performing Estimator
with strong commercial glazing and curtain wall experience to join our leadership-driven Estimation team. This role is designed for professionals who want

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading detailed
    material take-offs and labour costing
    for commercial glazing and curtain wall projects
  • Reviewing and qualifying tender opportunities through FTP sites and plan rooms
  • Developing accurate, defensible estimates that balance competitiveness and risk
  • Managing job files, documentation, schedules, and purchase orders with precision
  • Supporting project transitions with clean, complete, and accountable handovers
  • Evaluating products and suppliers to improve cost efficiency and system performance
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for key clients understanding their schedules, standards, and expectations
  • Pricing and negotiating change orders, extras, and scope revisions

What We're Looking For

  • Construction or Architectural Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of commercial glazing estimation experience
    (curtain wall experience is essential)
  • Strong field knowledge and constructability awareness (field + estimating experience is a major asset)
  • Advanced ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Experience with
    unitized curtain wall systems
    , glazing contracts, and
    Kawneer products
    preferred
  • AutoCAD, Word and Excel proficiency a must
  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record a must
