- Oversee the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements
- Utilize construction estimating software, such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, to generate detailed cost estimates
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management
- Provide guidance and support to the estimating team

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction estimating, including knowledge of pricing strategies and industry standards
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software, such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project documents
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
