**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficient operation and high-quality output.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement and stock control.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capabilities with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Extra consideration will be given to a person who has interests or experience that may be an asset (for example, experience as a social media marketer, engineering, carpentry, machining, general fixing things) that may be of general use in a small business setting.
