**Job Overview**:
As the Mixing Operator you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing the molds, weighing and mixing appropriate ingredients, pouring the mix and following the necessary premix-post-mix operations based upon scheduled production to ensure a high-quality finished product.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow all policies, procedures, including Safety and Quality
- Accurately weigh, measure, mix and blend raw materials (including water and other materials etc.)
- Set equipment parameters for operation
- Operate and perform preventative maintenance on small equipment/machinery
- Manage product transfers from mixer to formwork
- Package and prepared completed products for shipping
- Perform quality checks as per the company quality management system
- Complete paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Perform routine cleaning on mixing equipment

**Your Qualifications**:

- Blending/Mising/Production operation experience
- 2 years manufacturing/warehouse experience
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture of and distribution of goods
- Detailed oriented with a multi-tasking mindset
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Working at Heights training completion
- Certified Forklift Operator training completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
