**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff through effective training programs and performance evaluations.
- Manage hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational strategies that enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food service and other operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in food service operations is preferred; knowledge of cooking or bartending is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
