**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for events, traffic control deployments, and other projects.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of various teams, including traffic control personnel, site protection personnel, and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage inventory of equipment and materials, ensuring proper maintenance, storage, and organization.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the hiring and onboarding process for new operational personnel.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations management (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of operational procedures, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

- Commercial Driving: 5 years (required)
- Trailer Towing: 1 year (required)
