Job Description: **CREWING OFFICER** Nanaimo As a Crewing Officer, you are comfortable with planning and scheduling staff, reviewing staff training needs, and providing leadership. You are able to optimize budgets and labour resource usage, forecast staffing needs, analyze service plans, and design operational models. You bring a post-secondary education in a related field or the equivalent, and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You also have proven leadership skills and 5-7 years of office experience, preferably in a complex unionized environment.
