**About Us**:
Vision Sécurité Inc. is a rapidly growing security company committed to providing top-tier services to our clients. We are looking for a **Security Supervisor** who will take on a **hybrid role**—combining field supervision, administrative duties, and sales responsibilities. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and business-savvy professional who can manage security teams while also contributing to client acquisition and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise security personnel and ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and handle inquiries effectively.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Work **two days per week in the office**, handling administrative tasks, including reports and operational coordination.
- Utilize **Excel** and other tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Conduct **cold calls and follow-ups** to generate new business opportunities.
- Assist in **sales efforts**, identifying potential clients and promoting security services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual (French & English)** - strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Experience in security supervision or security guarding** is required.
- **Proficiency in Excel and scheduling software** is essential.
- **Sales experience, including cold calling and client outreach,** is a strong asset.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle client relations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Additional pay:
