IT Supervisor

**IT - Supervisor**

The IT Supervisor will work within our IT department to manage various aspects of the IT department including hardware, security, back up and disaster recovery, and general system and program administration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate onboarding of new hires in the US & Canada, including equipment acquisition, user provisioning, equipment delivery, and IT system training.
- Manage company-wide security initiatives and administer security products and training programs.
- Manage backups and disaster recovery for servers and SQL Server databases.
- Supervise managed service providers and other IT consultants and vendor relationships.
- Participates in the development and dissemination of IT standards, procedures, and best practices for users.
- SQL Server administration and development, including Stored Procedures, SSIS, and SSRS.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT administration and support, preferably in a supervisory role.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory & Infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, SQL Server, and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
- Proven ability to successfully manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up with a proven ability to multi-task across multiple projects and work with multiple departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
