**Description**
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in the food and beverage industry. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest level of culinary excellence is delivered to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and lead a team of passionate individuals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment with a focus on recipe standardization to cost controls.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Design and develop innovative menu options that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage food inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and usage to avoid waste
- Direct vendor relationships in the best interest of cost of product and execution
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement standard operating procedures for the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor the quality and presentation of all dishes before they are served to customers
- Reporting directly to the Head Chef who reports to Director of Food & Beverage
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques and international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food products
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Cooking: 3 years (required)
