**Job Title**:Business Central, WMS, EDI and TMS Administrator

- **Fixed-Term**: November 1, 2024 - January 30, 2026

**PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Business Central Administrator will, during their term, maintain the ERP (Business Central), WMS (Insight Works), EDI (SPS), and TMS across all current and future business units. The Business Central Administrator will ensure staff are trained and provide tactical level support in the maintenance and daily operations of the ERP system.

1. Resolve ERP and WMS related errors as they arise.

2. Provide support to all departments as it relates to their use of the ERP and WMS:
a. Supply Chain

b. Accounting

c. Warehouse

d. Operations

e. Logistics

f. Manufacturing

3. Setup and maintain hand-held scanners, along with our IT department.

4. Provide support to this parties responsible for the resolution of daily EDI error clearing.

5. Coordinate with ERP, WMS, EDI, and TMS consultants and programmers as required.

6. Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations.

7. Participate in a leadership role in the deployment of TMS.

8. Assist in the development and testing of appropriate MRP policies, with the support management as required, to optimize inventory levels.

9. Lead the training of operation’s group staff in the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, production (assembly) orders, transfer orders, packing lists, WMS, and EDI functionality etc. (Prepare associated training materials and document procedures.)

10. Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity, including live inventory, daily MRP runs, daily processing of transfers and receipts, etc.

11. Assist in the preparation of custom reports (Power BI) with the support of an independent programmer and management.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience with Business Central and WMS in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing.
- General networking and IT experience considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal
- Strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to details and accurate results.
- Good decision-making & problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer skills - experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
