**Job Summary**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and support team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to support operations.
- Supervise cash handling procedures, daily reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with promotional activities and special event coordination as needed.
- Utilize POS systems for order management, payment processing, and reporting.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team development.
- Good understanding of restaurant or food service operations, including customer service best practices.
- Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting preferred.
- Proficient in using POS systems; knowledge of bar service is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
