Moose Jaw, Canada OVG - Temple Gardens Centre Full time

Exceptional customer service and a flexible schedule are the must haves for the Event Coordinator at Temple Gardens Centre As the first point of contact with the client for Meeting and Conference space rentals you will work collaboratively with the Temple Gardens Centre team and the client to ensure a successful event.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including reporting, logistics and execution of Meeting and Conference room spaces.
- Complete rental contracts/agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event process.
- Manage timelines and schedules and share with internal departments to ensure events run smoothly and on time.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance guest experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
- Proven time management
- Flexible schedule and available evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
