At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. Our **Load Bookers** are a key component in ensuring customer satisfaction. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.

**Qualifications**
- **Must** have at least 3 years of load booking experience
- **Must** have experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,
- Be available after hours (on-call rotation)
- Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
- Team player in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate over the phone
- Be persuasive and energetic
- Looking for loads: FTL, LTL Cross-border
- Booking a minimum of 20 loads per week
- Dispatching trucks and preparing final pay/reimbursement
- Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
- Maintaining accurate data entry and records related to all dispatches in dispatch software
- Sourcing new customers
- Calculating Rates and finalizing RFPs
- Training new employees and overseeing other “bookers”
- Prepare reports and carry out other dispatch duties as required by Management

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
