**Job Title**:Operations Coordinator

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Arranging transport of import and export FTL and LTL shipments within and between Canada and the USA
- Negotiating rates with Carriers
- Quoting Customers
- Tracking shipments
- Communicating shipment details with customers and agents
- Submitting documents to Customs Brokers
- Arranging local pickups and deliveries
- Calculating revenue and costs on shipment files

**Professional & Educational Background**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Transborder Operations in the 3PL industry
- Knowledge of Forward Air type systems
- Working knowledge of Loadlink
- Experience with Tradeshow and white glove freight

**Skills & Ability**:

- **Communication**: Has good listening skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- **Organization**: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented when dealing with our fast
- paced environment
- **Multi-tasking**: Must have strong multi-tasking abilities, be proactive and adaptable based on the needs of the company and our clients
