Founded by Frank Spanelli in 1951 and now led by his daughter Teresa, the business began by importing Italian goods for immigrants and has since grown to operate multiple locations in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, serving as a gathering place and a supporter of local artisans and charities.

**Responsibilities**:
Efficiently pack food products into appropriate containers while adhering to quality standards.

Operate packaging equipment and machinery, including forklifts, to transport materials as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.

Assist in basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery as required.

Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and product counts.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in packaging or food processing is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sanitation practices is highly desirable.

Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance.

Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory tracking.

Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food products.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
