Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to comprehend their event aspirations and collaborate to design a vision that transforms our greenhouse into a unique and enchanting space. Lead clients through immersive storytelling tours of the greenhouse, emotionally connecting them to the venue's magic and illustrating its customization for their specific event needs. Be target-driven, achieving assigned sales goals through proactive efforts. Conduct various sales-related duties throughout the sales process, including scheduling and conducting site tours, follow-up with customers, and achieving conversion goals. Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing efforts, such as updating CRM systems, creating quotations and proposals, and managing contracts. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the delivery of excellent sales strategies. Build brand recognition and develop strong client relationships to encourage referrals within the customer and community base. Address guest inquiries about venue facilities and services. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or a related field with a track record of creating unforgettable experiences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and stay focused. Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey the enchantment of our venue to potential clients. Artful negotiation skills for contracts and agreements. Passion for weddings, events, and hospitality, with experience in handling multiple events/marketing. Effective prioritization and task execution in a fast-paced environment. Positive work ethic with a "can-do" attitude. 2-3 years of sales-related experience; degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred but not required.
