Medical Call Center Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. YOU MUST BE AN IMG TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. OR HAVE A BACKGROUND AND CERTFICATION IN MEDICAL ASSISTANT WORK.
**Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow-up on patients health
- Book patient appointments
- Book cardiac testing for patients
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
- Enter customer information accurately into the system
- Communicate effectively with patient to ensure satisfaction
- Report to manger any inquires, concerns or important information regarding the patient.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and EMR software
- Ability to generate bookings effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in customer service is expected
- You must be a medical IMG or have a medical degree or extensive medical background and certification.
This is A CONTRACTOR position, we pay $4/per call done to our standard and expectations, we do not hire you as our employee, but as a medical contractor.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
