We are currently recruiting a temporary full-time **Business and Performance Management Analyst**to join our team. This role ensures optimal channeling of funding to partner organizations and supports key decision-making processes through insightful analyses and visualizations. The Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, particularly finance and clinical services, to deliver actionable insights that enhance organizational performance.
**Are You Experienced In**:
- Developing, creating, and maintaining standard reports and performance dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring effective channelization of funding to partner organizations, monitoring outcomes and performance.
- Providing detailed business and operational insights that support decision-making across the organization.
- Data Management and Visualization
- Maintaining organized databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
- Utilizing Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to visualize business data, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Developing automated reporting solutions that streamline data collection and analysis.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborating with the finance and clinical services teams to provide data-driven insights into performance and service delivery outcomes.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and Decision Support team to deliver intuitive dashboards and analyses that support timely and informed decision-making.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Ad Hoc Analysis
- Conducting ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support urgent business needs and special projects.
- Providing timely and accurate insights on demand, addressing specific queries from senior leadership and key stakeholders.

**If so, we are looking for a future colleague who has**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; healthcare industry experience is an asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business/Data Analyst role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed financial and operational analysis and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
