**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Data Analyst to become part of our team. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive informed business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their data analytics career to grow and refine their skills within a supportive and collaborative setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Maintain data accuracy and quality for analysis and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and detailed reports using Looker
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Present data insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients, translating complex analytics into actionable business strategies.
- Continuously learn new tools and techniques to improve data analysis skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and VBA is highly desirable.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
