About the Role*
The Financial Analyst provides support related to AR billing and month end closing. The Financial Analyst is an accounting expert in the field of receivables and customer relations. Tasks required are building positive constructive relationships with customers, data input, invoice creation, and cash reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities*
Accounts Receivables:

- Prepare customer invoices for all project work, including agreement/work order review and task completion tracking to aid in revenue recognition
- Follow up on customer collections
- Resolve customer invoice discrepancies
- Correspond and respond to inquiries

Month-end:

- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly working papers

General Ledger:

- General G/L maintenance
- Assist with preparation and recording of journal entries

Other Finance and Administrative duties:

- Assist with annual external audits. Completion of requested materials and schedules
- Serve as a backup for selected finance functions as needed
- Prepare &/or update any related finance SOPs
- Other duties as assigned

E**ducation & Skills**
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in an AR accountant role
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Demonstrated skills and abilities to work as part of a team
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment
