Must be available during IDS “Interior Design Show” Vancouver 2025 (Sept 25-28) and for post-show follow-up (2-3 weeks).
Contract Role: approximately 4 weeks (1 week prep + event + 2-3 weeks follow-up).

This fall, we are showcasing our work at IDS Vancouver 2025 trade show, and we are looking for a confident and professional Sales & Event Assistant to help us make an impact at the show and convert leads into booked consultations.

**What you’ll do**

**Event Engagement (Sept 25-28, 2025)**
- Welcome and engage booth visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Share our story, highlight our projects and explain our exclusive show offer ($1,000 off renovations booked within 30 days).
- Collect contact details and book consultations through our CRM.

**Sales Support (2-3 weeks post-show)**
- Follow a proven script to qualify leads, answer questions and set consultations.
- Track all activity and results in the CRM (training provided).
- Support the sales team in moving qualified opportunities toward closing.

**What you bring to the role**
- You are outgoing, professional and confident in face-to-face conversations.
- You have experience in sales, customer service or event and trade show roles.
- You are comfortable making phone calls and following a structured process.
- You are organized, reliable and able to represent a premium brand.
- You have an interest in design, construction or real estate (a plus but not required).

**What success looks like**
- Visitors leave our booth feeling welcomed and informed.
- Leads are collected, qualified and moved efficiently into consultations.
- Clear, professional follow-up ensures no opportunity is missed.
- Our brand is represented with consistency and professionalism.

**What we offer**
- **Compensation**:

- Booth support (Sept 25-28): $180-$250/day (based on experience).
- Post-show follow-up: $25-$35/hr (10-15 hrs/week for 2-3 weeks).
