This key position, reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, will focus on our groundbreaking new solution Visier People Workplace Dynamics, helping organizations understand how people and teams work together to improve productivity. This role will engage customers and prospects to identify ways in which Visier People Workplace Dynamics can provide new and valuable insights to our Enterprise customers and Embedded partners. The right individual will bring their growth mindset, inbound and outbound product management skills, and a laser focus on product-market fit to understand market needs, define the product strategy, and work with a team of engineers, designers and others to provide compelling, impactful solutions to customers that deliver significant business value.
This individual will see themselves as the champion of transforming complex customer needs into creative solutions and will relish rolling up their sleeves and taking on whatever task is necessary to transform their vision and strategy into reality. It is a key role in the team requiring the ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
What You'll be Doing...
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Visier People Workplace Dynamics collaborating with key customers and partners, engineers and product managers to align and prioritize market needs.
- Build business cases, author user stories and elaborate feature requirements to support the product roadmap and strategy.
- Evangelize Visier’s approach to collaboration analytics and the design of our solution with customers, partners, and the people analytics market in general.
- Work together with the engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver products to market
What you'll bring to the table...
- Experience in product management, and an understanding of what it takes to achieve great product-market fit.
- Experience with social network analysis (SNA) or organizational network analysis (ONA) or collaboration science, and/or employee engagement solutions
- A college/university degree in business, management information systems, product design and/or related disciplines, with relevant work experience.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse teams.
- Experience working with and delighting external customers.
- Strong leadership and execution skills.
- Confidence and clarity communicating your ideas to others
