Position Overview:
Join the Finning Family We are seeking a Sales Coordinator - After Market to act as a key support resource for a team of Product Support Sales Representatives. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide assistance to both Inside and Outside Sales Reps to enhance the experience of Finning’s customers.

**Job Description**:

- Act as both an internal and external customer support, with a primary focus on delivering strong customer experience
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure Sales Reps, and customers, are apprised of status of parts orders and service work
- Proactively review customer orders and timelines and instigate corrective measures
- Provide rep/customer with key updates related to equipment status (expiring warranty, service letters, etc.
- Provide pro-active information to customers such as expiring warranty and/or service letters
- Gather information to assist the Sales Reps in negotiations or customer disputes as required
- Project work and local initiatives in the aftermarket line of business; including support of customer events
- Enter customer information as appropriate into CRM and related systems. This includes equipment updates, contact information upkeep and opportunity and activities as appropriate.
- Review internal/external data sources to submit leads for the sales reps

Qualifications:

- Post secondary in related college or university program is an asset
- 3 to 5+ years experience in related work scope, specifically experience working in heavy equipment or construction industries would be beneficial
- Confident, effective communicator with customer facing capability
- Ability to work on initiatives independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Quick thinking - able to adapt quickly to dynamic customer needs and requests.
- Ability to build relationships over the phone - friendly demeanor, able to encourage dialogue
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure, complete multiple assignments and function effectively in a dynamic work environment.
